The client agrees that:

1. You agree with the design of the eyebrows, as well as the color to be used in them.
2. You agree to take before and after photos of the procedure.
3. It is agreed to return after 1 months for the Filling if the specialist considers that there is something left to fill.

The client understands that:

1. Medical conditions and the medications you take and foods you have consumed may alter the outcome of the procedure.
2. It is your full responsibility for eye skin reactions if you don't report the inconsistencies before treatment.
3. Treatment may cause some temporary redness.
4. You cannot be exposed to excessive heat (sauna, jacuzzi) in the next 48 hours or for the time suggested by the specialist.
5. You cannot get my eyebrows wet for 24 hours and I must spend that time taking care of them moisturizing them at least once a day and not subjecting them to heat sources during the time I wear them
6. The duration of the eyebrows can be from 8 months to a year if I take care of them correctly.
7. I will not hold the specialist or the Beauty Forever Miami Spa entity responsible for adverse reactions resulting from the treatment received or the products used.
8. This document is valid for all visits from now on.

El cliente acepta que:

 

1. Está de acuerdo con el diseño de las cejas, así como el color a utilizar en ellas.

2. Está de acuerdo se tomen fotos del antes y después del procedimiento.

3. Está de acuerdo regresar a los 1 meses para el Rellenado si la especialista considera que quedo algo por rellenar

 

El cliente entiende que:

 

1. Las condiciones médicas, los medicamentos y alimentos  ingeridos pueden alterar el resultado del procedimiento.

2. Es suya toda la responsabilidad por las reacciones de la piel de los ojos si no informa las contradicciones antes del tratamiento.

3. El tratamiento puede causar algún enrojecimiento temporal.

4. No puede exponerse a calor excesivo (sauna, jacuzzi) en las próximas 48 horas o por el tiempo sugerido por el especialista.

5. No puede mojar las cejas en 24 horas y  pasado ese tiempo debe hidratarlas por lo menos una vez al día y no someterlas a fuentes de calor durante el tiempo que las lleve puestas.

6. El tiempo de duración de las cejas pueden ser de 8 meses a un año si se cuidan correctamente.

7. No hara responsable al especialista ni a la entidad Beauty Forever Miami Spa por las reacciones adversas resultantes del tratamiento recibido o los productos usados.

8. Este documento es válido para todas las visitas de ahora en adelante.
